Maracuja-Panna-Cotta mit Ananas-Chutney

Ein fruchtig-leckeres und leichtes Dessert für den Sommer: Maracuja-Kokos-Panna-Cotta mit süßem Ananas-Chutney.

(für 4 Personen)

Panna Cotta

400 ml Kokosmilch
6 g Agar-Agar
1 Maracuja halbieren, Fruchtfleisch entnehmen und verwenden
4 EL Agavendicksaft
½ TL Orangen-Abrieb
1 Prise Salz

Alle Zutaten in einen Topf geben und zum Kochen bringen. Danach in eine Form umfüllen und eine Stunde im Kühlschrank auskühlen lassen.

Chutney

5 EL Rohrohrzucker
400 g Ananas, in kleine Würfel schneiden
½ Chilischote, in kleine Würfel schneiden
1 TL Ingwer, in kleine Würfel schneiden
1 Prise Kardamom-Pulver
1 Prise Zimt
Salz, Pfeffer
100 ml Orangensaft

In einer Pfanne Zucker karamellisieren. Ananaswürfel zugeben und kurz durchziehen lassen. Chili- und Ingwerwürfel und Gewürze dazugeben und gut verrühren. Mit Orangensaft ablöschen und bei geringer Hitze ca. 15-20 Minuten garen lassen. Panna Cotta aus der Form auf ein Dessertteller stürzen und mit dem Ananas-Chutney garnieren.
