Yoga and meditation optimally complement the holistic health approach of our Ayurveda programmes. They are effective ways of promoting long-term preventative care and regeneration without overtaxing the body. At the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen, Hatha Yoga takes place twice a day in a group followed by meditation. In addition to the daily yoga and meditation activities, we offer special yoga and movement sessions at regular intervals, such as yoga for the back, walking meditation in the park or pranayama.
Private Yoga Class
Our experienced yoga teachers are also available for private yoga sessions. These are ideal for establishing or deepening your personalised yoga practice at home and can be booked individually.
Yoga Therapy
As an alternative or supplement to physiotherapy, our experienced yoga teachers offer individual yoga therapy sessions. Following an Ayurvedic medical anamnesis, our yoga teachers apply specific asanas (yoga exercises) that can help with certain physical complaints.
