1 l roter Traubensaft
1 EL frischer, grob gemahlener Kardamom
2 Nelken
1 kl. Sternanis
1 kl. Stange Zimt
1 TL getrocknete Berberitzen

Zubereitung
Den Saft erhitzen (nicht kochen lassen) und Kardamom, Nelken, Sternanis und Zimmt für 20 Minuten darin ziehen lassen, dann abseihen. Zum Schluss die Berberitzen hinzufügen und genießen!
