Zutaten
100 g Vollkornmehl
80 g Rohrohrzucker
80 g gemahlene Cashewkerne
2 TL frisch gem. Kardamom, gesiebt
80 g Butter, kleingeschnitten
1 EL Crème fraîche
1 TL Vanillepulver

Zum Bestreuen
80 g (Sharkara) Puderzucker

Zubereitung
Aus Mehl, Zucker, Cashew, Kardamom, Butter, Crème fraîche und Vanillepulver einen Teig kneten. 2 Stunden ruhen lassen. Puderzucker mit Wasser aufkochen. Teig ausrollen, Plätzchen ausstechen und bei 190 Grad 10 Minuten backen. Danach mit der Zuckerglasur bestreichen.
