What is meditation?

Ayurveda was attentive to the fundamental principles of meditation, from the beginning of its conception. Through meditation, the mind recovers its clarity. In the regularly recurring tranquillity the mind connects to the vast knowledge resources of the subconscious, recognises and releases itself from unhealthy habits, and elucidates the motives for one's own actions. Through self-awareness and deep concentration, the structure of the ego slowly dissipates. The consciousness behind it expands and is united again with the source of all creation. This consciousness sees the meaning of life and leads us to wisdom and inner peace.

Meditation at the Parkschlösschen

As part of the daily yoga sessions at Parkschlösschen, we offer you the opportunity to participate in regular sessions of group meditation. The participation is free of charge.

Personal Meditation at the Parkschlösschen: Develop your own individual meditation practice together with our experienced meditation teacher Raja Ray. The instruction into meditation comprises three components: Personalized meditation, exercises for a deeper body and mind connection and a spiritual talk.
