* PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer alcoholic drinks, coffee or black/green tea and do not use conventional industrial sugar. The course of treatment requires a special diet plan, which means that breakfast is omitted on some days. Light soups are served on the laxative days (1-2 days).

Cooking Workshop – Learn Ayurvedic Cooking

Our Ayurveda cooking workshops take place regularly in our own modern, well-equipped training kitchen. As an “Ayurveda chef’s apprentice”, you will gain your first insights into the basic principles of Ayurveda cuisine and put them into practice yourself. Afterwards, our Ayurveda chefs will be available to answer your questions and give you further tips on Ayurveda cuisine during a pleasant meal together.
