All treatments at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen are performed by our specially trained and very experienced Ayurveda therapists dedicated to your well-being. The organic Ayurvedic oils and organic herbal supplements used are medically indicated and individually selected. For resting after treatment, there is a private relaxation room with bathroom (according to availability).
What makes synchronous massages so special lies in the simultaneous stimulation of both halves of the brain through the synchronous 4-handed treatment of both halves of the body. As a result, the autonomic nervous system sends relaxation impulses to the cardiovascular and re-spiratory systems and effects blood pressure, digestion and metabolism.
Synchronous full-body oil massage, traditionally used for reducing and harmonizing Vata as well as promoting deep relaxation and well-being.
Synchronous full-body massage with gloves made of burette silk. Traditional treatment to stimulate circulation and metabolism. By experience advisable in treating cellulitis.
This treatment is carried out as a synchronous full-body massage using cotton bags filled with various herbs, grains, rice, lemon-coconut or other ingredients. Traditionally used to relieve tension and strengthen body tissue.
Whole body luxury oil treatment or „royal oil treatment “. The massage is performed in complete synchrony by two therapists while a constant stream of warm oil is flowing over the entire body. Stimulates the metabolism of skin and organs even more powerfully than other treatments. Through experience we know its strong detoxifying and relaxing effects.
Samvahana is a gentle and harmonizing full-body synchronous massage which has, according to the Ayurvedic teachings, an exceptionally positive effect on the physical and emotional well-being of women. The body is treated using silk, brushes, almond and rose oil.
Synchronous full-body peeling massage with a paste of grains, herbs, salt or healing clay in oil. Traditionally used to intensively stimulate the metabolism of cells and organs, as well as the circulation- invigorating and detoxifying.
Similar to Abhyanga, but administered faster and with stronger pressure. Vishesh means „deep massage“ or „connective tissue massage“. Traditionally Vishesh stimulates the metabolism, revitalizing body and mind.
