  • „When I arrived at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen, I had just finished writing a book. Because its predecessor had been a best-seller, the pressure had been high. When I drove into the gates of the "Park", my mind was still spinning from writing, but I was determined to rest and detox whatever my body and mind were willing to get rid of in the 10 days I had allowed myself for that purpose. The first 3 days -- because I slept more than doing anything else – I was at least able to turn off my thinking machine and felt relieved of that. During the rest of the "cure" I lost some weight, started walking a bit and eventually began to like the new lifestyle and food. I even took a cooking course and intend to try a couple of easy, healthy dishes at home. The staff makes a happy impression. They go out of their way to please and are very professional.
