Dear Guests and Friends of the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen,

To protect your health to the optimum our team has worked out a hygiene concept. Adjustments may be necessary, should the government change its guidelines or if the pandemic situation requires so. Of course, these changes will not affect our usual high quality of service.

Arrival:

• Arrival is not possible if you have cold symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever or shortness of breath) or if you have, within the last 5 days, had close contact with someone who has a confirmed COVID-19 infection.

Hotel Area:

• Observance of the minimum distance of 1,5 metres in all public areas.
• A face mask is not obligatory for guests or staff. Of course, everyone is free to wear a mask. Masks are available at the reception.
• All our staff members will carry out a PoC-Antigen self-test regularly.
• Disinfection:
  • Hand disinfection dispensers are attached in all important areas of the hotel.
  • All surfaces (for example door knobs) will be disinfected regularly.
  • The guest rooms will as always be thoroughly and hygienically cleaned before arrival.

Ayurveda Treatments:

• Thorough disinfection of the therapist's hands before treatment, on request the therapists will wear appropriate gloves.
• Thorough disinfection of the treatment and relaxation area, after each treatment.

Furthermore, we highly recommend avoiding contacts outside of the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen during your stay.

In order to implement the regulations and still be able to offer you the best possible service, we welcome a maximum of 40 guests.
