Our Routine Yoga Offering

At the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen there are gentle Hatha Yoga group sessions twice daily. We also invite you periodically to special yoga sessions, such as Laughter Yoga. These offerings are a service free of charge. You can also book our experienced Yoga teachers for private Yoga classes.

     If you are looking for a more intensive yoga time-out, our exclusive Private Yoga Stay programme is the one for you. In addition, inspiring group yoga retreats are held regularly at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen.

  • Meditation at the Ayurveda Parkschlösschen

    As part of our daily yoga programme, there is always a concluding group meditation which is open to all guests. In addition, we offer changing meditation sessions, such as walking meditation, as part of our free weekly programme. Furthermore, you have the possibility to book an individual introduction to meditation.
