Professional care by the Parkschlösschen
Ayurvedic practitioners

An Ayurvedic cure at the Parkschlösschen is always accompanied by intensive Ayurvedic medical care, provided by our Ayurvedic practitioners. The course of treatment and its intensity will be discussed in extensive consultations.

During your stay here you will be attended by Dr. med. Gerd-Steffen Bigus, qualified physician, or if he is not available, by Dr. med. Regina Ford (Mrs.), qualified physician. Our physicians have undergone additional training and specialized in the field of Ayurveda with its diverse healthcare topics and have many years of practical experience.

Dr. Bigus and Dr. Ford are supported by Mr. Anura Chandrasekera. He successfully studied Ayurvedic medicine at the University of Kelaniya in his home country Sri Lanka. After completing his studies, he gained extensive experience as an Ayurvedic practitioner before he became member of the Parkschlösschen team.
For legal reasons, we point out that Mr. Chandrasekera has no medical approbation which is recognized as such in Germany. In all medical matters he reports to Dr. Bigus and Dr. Ford (Mrs) and is under their supervision.

An Ayurveda break, especially a Panchakarma Cure, can trigger intense psycho-emotional processes. Since, based on the Ayurvedic fundamental principle of a holistic approach to things, not only the body undergoes profound cleansing, but the mind is also released of its emotional ballast. During this process, you will receive professional guidance from Mrs. Sanju Misra, a qualified psychotherapist who joined our Parkschlösschen team of Ayurvedic practitioners in October 2017, and who will work together with you on finding answers and solutions to your questions and problems.
